2Alpingogram
It is currently used as the preferred method for diagnosing tubal infertility. It can show the morphology of the uterine cavity and fallopian tubes, the location of the blockage, whether there is hydrosalpinx in the fallopian tubes, etc., and can also determine whether there is pelvic adhesion according to the pelvic dispersion of the contrast agent.
3 Laparoscopy
Laparoscopic tubal examination is the gold standard for evaluating tubal patency. The operation is performed under general anesthesia, and methylene blue fluid is injected through the cervical opening, and the condition of meilan passing through the fallopian tubes is observed under laparoscopy to determine the patency of the fallopian tubes. At the same time, it can also look directly at the shape of the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes and whether there is any adhesion to the surrounding tissues.
Laparoscopy can not only determine the patency of the fallopian tubes, but also clearly understand the tissue around the fallopian tubes, and can perform adhesion decomposition and electrocoagulation of endometriosis lesions at the same time.
