During the activity, the party branches of 16 villages "hugged the group" to comprehensively rectify the weeds, garbage, and random piles of debris along the highways, into the village roads, in front of and behind the houses in their jurisdictions.
"Today, nearly 80 party members and masses in our village participated in the environmental improvement work, and many people saw party members cleaning up and spontaneously participated in this activity." Wang Gang, secretary of the Baiyi Street village branch, said.
