To mark the 92nd anniversary of the birth of legendary Soviet goalkeeper Lev Yasin, The Dynamo Club Moscow launched a special edition vintage shirt when it entered the home match against Khimki in the early hours of Saturday morning Beijing time.
Recognized as one of the greatest goalkeepers in history, Lev Yassin played for Dynamo Moscow between the 1950s and 1970s and is a legend in the history of the Football Club in the Russian capital. In the entrance ceremony of the match against Khimki, the starting 11 men of Dynamo Moscow wore retro jerseys inspired by the jerseys worn by the team from the 1950s to the 1970s, in which the players wore the traditional white color with retro blue lapels. Goalkeeper jerseys are predominantly black, with a large embroidered "D" badge on the chest and a long-sleeved style, in keeping with the shirts worn by Lev Yassin during his time with the team.
After the entrance ceremony, the players changed back into this season's home shirts for the game.
