When he expressed this sentiment, Zeng Pei had just turned 13 years old, when he was just an ordinary junior high school student in Guangzhou, because he saw a clip of skateboarding in the movie, and the idea of learning skateboarding took root in his heart.
Like all rebellious teenagers, Zeng Pei at that time was a very assertive child, and because of his "disobedience", he was classified into the category of "not loving to read", and in other people's population, he would rise to the height of "bad boy".
Therefore, he has been suppressing the idea of "learning to skateboard" and dare not let anyone know, after all, in the hearts of parents and relatives who think slightly traditionally, reading is the first priority, and those who love to read are good children.
Some thoughts, the more you suppress it, the stronger it is. Learning the three words of skateboarding was like a spell, flooding Zeng Pei's mind, and he realized that he really fell in love with skateboarding.
In order to pursue the love in his heart, he saved up the pocket money given by his parents to buy a skateboard, so he saved for almost two months, and he got the first skateboard in his life as he wished.
Learning skateboarding was not as easy as Zeng Pei thought, at first he thought that skateboarding was just standing up and sliding, but it was not.
Skateboarding is a sport that tests the balance and coordination of the body, and for Zeng Pei, who has a general body balance ability and no one to guide, it is really difficult to practice.
Because he fell down as soon as he slid, his friends felt that he was really not suitable for skateboarding and advised him to give up, but Zeng Pei said that he wanted to try again.

In 2019, Zeng Pei felt that the local skateboarding terrain was not rich enough, and he wanted to find a place with a stronger skateboarding atmosphere to play, so he came to the Hero Square where the most skaters gathered at that time.
Zeng Pei's appearance did not attract everyone's attention, like him to the Hero Square to practice the board countless teenagers, the local skaters have long been accustomed to, only occasionally when he practiced when he pointed out to him.
During these days, Zeng Pei's skateboarding technology has advanced rapidly, and although the round trip from home to Heroes' Square is nearly two hours, he still feels very happy.
Just when everyone thought that Zeng Pei would continue to slide like this, Zeng Pei himself had a retreat. On the one hand, it is the problem of replacing skateboard equipment, which is a big expense for Zeng Pei, who is still studying;
On the other hand, it is that he needs to prepare for the middle school entrance examination, his own results are not ideal, and he does not prepare for sprinting, he is afraid that he will not even have to read books.
The economic embarrassment and the pressure of further education made him emotionally collapse for a while, and his love became insignificant in the face of real problems, but Zeng Pei was not willing to give up, just like learning skateboarding at the beginning, he said that he still wanted to continue to try.

The opportunity came on June 21, 2020, when the 621 World Skateboarding Day hosted by VBOY Skateboarding attracted skaters from all over the country, including Zeng Pei. On the day of the competition, he beat many skaters and achieved a good result of third place in the street style.
The appearance of the "dark horse" naturally attracted the attention of many people, and Mr. Tian Jun of VBOY noticed Zeng Pei from then on, and his dedication and love for skateboarding deeply touched Mr. Tian Jun.
Mr. Tian Jun said: "Skateboarding events are like an emotional bond between skateboarders, which not only makes skateboarders more cohesive, but also allows us to tap potential skateboarding rookies and cultivate more talents for the development of skateboarding in our country." ”
Zeng Pei may not realize that this skateboarding event has brought him closer to his skateboarding dream, and Zeng Pei has not lived up to Mr. Tian Jun's expectations.

Every time he practiced board, he sought a breakthrough in constant challenges and attempts, found the joy of success in failure, and over time, he also understood how timid his previous self was.
"Every time I encounter a problem, I say that I can't solve it, but how do I know without trying?"
Such an optimistic and positive attitude has also affected his performance in large-scale skateboarding events, and in the 2020 National Skateboarding Championships, in the face of many experienced skaters, Zeng Pei also constantly cheered himself up, suggesting to himself: Treat it as an ordinary game, play normally.
Now Zeng Pei as a skateboarder in a sports school in the province, in the school, he will take 5 or 6 hours a day to practice boarding, in addition to the street style, the bowl pool project he is also practicing, he hopes that he can not only play street style, in the bowl pool can also come and go freely.
For the future, Zeng Pei said that he hopes that he will one day be able to represent the country to participate in international skateboarding events and win glory for the country.
