Chengdu, June 3 (China News Network) -- On the occasion of the 50th World Environment Day, on the 3rd, the series of publicity activities for the 2021 June Five-Year Environment Day sponsored by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, the Propaganda Department of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, and the Environmental Resources Protection Committee of urban and rural construction of the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress were held in Chengdu.

At the scene of the event, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment officially issued the "Sichuan Eco-environmental Protection Ambassador" appointment letter to Ding Zhen, the "Sweet Wild Boy". Along with Ding Zhen, who went on stage to accept the letter of appointment, there was also Ah Lai, chairman of the Sichuan Writers Association, and Lei Han, a famous actor from Sichuan. In the next two years, they will contribute to the ecological and environmental protection of Sichuan as "Sichuan Eco-environmental Protection Ambassadors".

When Ding Zhen took the letter of appointment with both hands, his face showed a trademark innocent smile. The letter of appointment reads: Mr. Ding Zhen pearl is hereby hired as the ambassador of Sichuan ecological environmental protection for a period of two years. Previously, in order to call on everyone to love the ecological environment, Ding Zhen also made a special environmental protection propaganda film. In the promotional video, Ding Zhen said that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains, and I hope that everyone will start from the small things around them.

The relevant person in charge of the Department of Ecology and Environment of Sichuan Province said that building a beautiful home is our common dream, protecting the ecological environment is our common responsibility, and hopes that through the representative example of the 3 Sichuan eco-environmental protection ambassadors, more people will care about the cause of ecological environmental protection, actively participate in environmental protection public welfare activities and volunteer services, and promote the formation of a social atmosphere in which everyone cares, supports and participates in ecological environmental protection, so that the sky in Sichuan is bluer, the water is cleaner, and the environment is more beautiful.

At the event, Ding Zhen and representatives of Tibetan teenagers from all over Sichuan also brought the Tibetan dance "Heart of a Bold Teenager" to the audience. (End)
