On October 23, the first executive meeting of the 17th People's Government of Wannian County was held. We must deeply study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, conscientiously practice the overall concept of national security, and make overall plans for the two major issues of development and security; we must establish and improve the biosecurity governance mechanism, strengthen the publicity and education of biosecurity knowledge; we must firmly grasp the key risk areas of biosecurity, strengthen bottom-line thinking and risk awareness, and continuously improve the ability and level of systematic prevention and control.
The meeting deliberated on the implementation plan for accelerating the development of "big agriculture". The meeting stressed that the plan is an important measure to deeply implement the "three major five promotions" of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, and all townships and departments should firmly grasp the new mission and new tasks of agricultural and rural work in the new development stage, strive to improve the support capacity of agricultural science and technology, promote the further optimization of the agricultural industrial structure, and continuously improve efficiency; we must carefully sort out and summarize and actively promote the projectization of the implementation plan.
The meeting deliberated on the key people's livelihood project of "I do practical things for the masses" in Wannian County. The meeting stressed that all departments and units should improve their political standing, strengthen ideological understanding, and firmly grasp the key people's livelihood projects of "I do practical things for the masses"; they should make overall plans, improve the efficiency of handling and conclusion, establish and improve work accounts, and report on the work carried out on time; they should strengthen supervision and guidance, and the propaganda department of the county party committee and the county development and Reform Commission should actively organize and carry out supervision and inspection to ensure that the acceptance of the higher level can be completed by the end of the year.
