In the laboratory of Yibin Toyokawa Power Technology Co., Ltd., the staff is using the company's self-developed demonstration bench simulation to demonstrate the application scenario of an electric drive axle assembly product.
"This is our company's self-developed synchronous gear shift demonstration bench, which intuitively shows us the internal structure of the gearbox, on this demonstration bench, we canceled the synchronizer structure of the traditional gearbox, realized the synchronizer-free shift, and shortened the shift time to less than 0.2 seconds." Xia Yueyuan, after-sales engineer of the quality department of Yibin Fengchuan Power Technology Co., Ltd., told reporters.
It is reported that this electric drive axle assembly products have the characteristics of strong power, high efficiency and high integration, and have been applied to electric sightseeing vehicles, electric sanitation vehicles, logistics vehicles, passenger cars have also completed installation and commissioning.
"Before accumulating some orders, such as the rear axle assembly, powertrain, sightseeing car two-speed electric drive axle, including our wiring harness, testing, production tasks are still relatively heavy, so we are a busy scene on the production line." Fan Gang, executive deputy general manager of Yibin Fengchuan Power Technology Co., Ltd., said.
As a key investment attraction project at the two levels in the urban area, Yibin Toyokawa Power was founded by 5 postdoctoral fellows including Tsinghua University, and is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research and development, production and sales of electric vehicle transmissions. In 2021, Toyokawa Power achieved revenue of 40 million yuan, and this year, it is expected to have revenue of more than 100 million yuan.
"We have partners in Xi'an, Zhejiang, Guizhou, As well as Guangxi, Anhui and Guangzhou. Next, we will further expand the scope of our circle of friends, including some automakers. This year, in terms of electric sightseeing car products, we have been connecting with the market in Luzhou and increasing the product launch in the cities (states) around Yibin. Fan Gang said.
In 2021, Yibin City was identified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as one of the 11 pilot cities for the application of new energy vehicle power exchange mode in the country, becoming the only pilot city in Sichuan Province, bringing more development opportunities to Toyokawa Power.
Fan Gang said that with the help of electric Yibin and power replacement heavy truck projects, we will increase scientific research efforts and fully cover these product areas, so that more electric drive products of Toyokawa Power will be pushed to our Yibin market. In 2022, in the field of smart microgrids, Toyokawa Power will also increase the development of the market and make our contribution to Yibin's blue sky and low carbon.
