Putin pointed out that NATO's slippery behavior violates the norms of international relations, especially the moral and moral norms recognized by all countries. Second, before the outbreak of the Soviet-German war in World War II, the Soviet Union prevented the outbreak of war through various measures, and the Soviet Union signed a non-aggression pact to avoid provoking potential aggressors. As a result, the German Nazis suddenly declared war on the Soviet Union, which was unprepared and paid a terrible price.
Putin pointed out that it is wrong to appease the enemy by learning from history, because in the end it will cost our people their lives. Russia will not repeat the mistakes of history, and must take decisive and strong countermeasures against NATO aggressors. Russia's war against Ukraine was entirely a war of self-defense.
Third, Russia wanted a peaceful solution to the Donbass problem, but found it all in vain. In 2014, Russia signed the Minsk Agreement with Ukraine, Germany and France. In 2015, the New Minsk Agreement was signed. However, as a result, Ukraine did not abide by the agreement, and the Ukrainian authorities continued to massacre the people of the Donbass region, and Russia could not sit idly by, and the Donbass were of the same origin as Russia and could not watch them being slaughtered by Ukrainian nationalists.
Putin pointed out that the main purpose of the military operation is to protect those who have been bullied and even genocidal by the Kiev authorities for many years. To this end, Russia has de-militarized and de-Nazimized Ukraine through military operations. Putin reiterated that we are only targeting criminals who have committed bloody crimes and will not encroach on Ukrainian territory.
"All the ruling authorities that are not satisfied with the hegemonic state are labeled, and any force that does not go along with it is broken to the knees." Putin has punctured the true face of the West and revealed the operating logic of Western powers.
The so-called "human rights," "freedom," and "universal values" of the West are actually a kind of aggression in disguise. We must be vigilant against color revolutions, against peaceful evolution, and against ideological infiltration.
