Law enforcement personnel inspect the equipment of liquefied gas tanks, exhaust systems, fire fighting equipment and other facilities at the site, and at the same time conduct detailed inspections of the station ledger, and urge gas distribution to strengthen safety norms and ensure the safety of their own personal and property.
The reporter noticed that some new liquefied gas cylinders in the supply station had labels with two-dimensional codes.
"This is the electronic 'ID card' of the liquefied gas cylinder, and each QR code is unique." Liu Yong, deputy director of the Yuhua District Chengguan Law Enforcement Bureau, used the mobile phone WeChat to scan the two-dimensional code on one of the liquefied gas cylinders, and the traceability trajectory of the cylinder immediately appeared on the mobile phone page, and the contents were clear at a glance, including the gas cylinder number, the gas cylinder barcode, the date of the next inspection, the property rights unit and other information, "which can avoid the safety hazards of mobile filling from the source."

Rectify 7,024 potential safety hazards and handle 140 gas law enforcement cases
While comprehensively investigating the hidden dangers of gas safety, Changsha Chengguan took the initiative to crack down on illegal acts such as unlicensed operation, unlicensed carrying cylinders, and "black gas points" in the gas field.
At 2:30 a.m. on the 25th, the urban management and public security departments of Yuelu District seized a van smuggling "black gas" and a "black den" in the Baijiatang Community of Tianding Street in Yuelu District, and seized 118 gas cylinders of various types at the scene.
According to statistics, since June last year, Changsha Chengguan has handled a total of 140 gas law enforcement cases, with a penalty amount of 960,000 yuan, temporarily detained 28 illegal vehicles, 3758 liquefied gas cylinders, and handed over 4 illegal cases to the public security organs.
According to data from the Changsha Municipal Urban Management Bureau, since June last year, the city has investigated 47 gas enterprises, 7454 property communities, 128 gas stations, 33 filling stations, 2702 gas business outlets, 27139 non-resident users such as large complexes, catering, and bazaars, and rectified 7024 safety hazards. Up to now, the city has completed the transformation of 58.1 kilometers of cast iron gas pipeline network, fully mobilized gas enterprises, districts and counties (cities) to promote gas safety inspections, and urged pipeline gas enterprises to conduct leak detection through portable gas detectors and laser remote meters, etc., to comprehensively investigate sub-high-pressure pipelines, pipelines for more than 10 years, pipelines in densely populated places, underground space near pipelines, pipelines that have been destroyed, and other key parts, and the implementation plan will be determined after comprehensive investigation and evaluation.
