With a click of the mouse, you can intuitively see the security, fire, energy, passenger flow and other information of the equestrian stadium in a large screen. The smart venue management system includes five modules: time and space board, event preparation, digital twin, operation and maintenance management and emergency management, and each module is subdivided into many functions, which will greatly improve the management efficiency of Tonglu Equestrian Center.
Among them, the digital twin is the highlight of the five modules. Yu Heng, information technology liaison officer of the Tonglu Equestrian Stadium of the Hangzhou Asian Games, told reporters that each module was built in a 1:1 ratio according to the specific physical object of the venue, and more than 400 cameras were installed during the period, which can monitor the entire venue in real time without dead angles at 360 degrees. "Where there is a problem, the system will remind the terminal and the user's mobile phone so that the staff can quickly make a disposal."
In addition to covering all the equipment inside and outside the venue, the intelligent management system can also manage the staff and work tasks as a whole. "Our equipment scenes include water supply and drainage, power supply, lighting, parking lot scenes are installed with corresponding sensing equipment, these sensing equipment will transmit the state to the management system in real time, once the status is abnormal, the system will warn, and distribute the early warning information to the corresponding group for disposal." Yu Heng introduced.
As long as the mobile phone user opens the equestrian project mini program in DingTalk, this set of smart venue management system can be connected with the computer client to achieve functional linkage in terms of to-do tasks and alarm time. A few days ago, the system is doing the final task of streaming and equipment data docking, and can be officially launched before the end of March.
After more than a year of construction, Tonglu Equestrian Center has passed the pre-acceptance of the Hangzhou Asian Organizing Committee event function, and is currently making detailed adjustments according to the feedback results, and is expected to reach the overall completion standard before March.
