At 1.85 meters, he once leaped 2.26 meters in the center of the buckle, and the "God of Leaps" can still soar at the age of nearly 40

Although he failed to enter the NBA, there is a legend of him on the rivers and lakes, he is the legendary American buckler Reemix. He's brushed shoulders with the NBA, and the 39-year-old can still deliver jaw-dropping dunks.

Reemix's real name is Myree Bowden. He is from California and is officially 1.85 meters tall, but it may only be 1.83 meters. It is reported that in his 20s, he has become famous in the American street ball circle, and later he also joined the well-known real combat street team "Shake Over God", which is the core of the team. At the 2016 National High School Dunk Contest, he leapt over the 2.26-meter-tall Mamadou to shock the then participating Miles Bridges (the event's septum Madou Ndiaye) to shock the teaching and swept the United States. You know, Reemix was 34 years old at the time.

According to Reemix himself, he was initially interested in dunks because he wanted to score in front of opponents who were much taller than himself despite his limited height. To achieve this, Reemix decided he had to have the ability to leapfrog others.

Reemix still remembers that his first dunk was when he was in his second year of junior high school, and he has been out of control ever since. And the real realization that he had a great bounce was when he was in his freshman year. At that time, in a game, when he was fighting for offensive rebounds, he actually made a first time to complete the dunk, which was also his first dunk in actual combat. Seeing the boiling audience on the sidelines, Reemix was still confused. In 2004, Reemix competed in the NCAA Dunk Contest and more and more people began to get to know him.

When it comes to his dunk style, Reemix jokingly calls it a combination of Jordan and Wilkins styles, Wilkins' dunks are fast and powerful, explosive, Jordan's dunks are more elegant, and the one-handed ball 360-degree turn dunk is his favorite action. Reemix's vertical bounce reached 48 inches (about 1.22 meters), the same vertical bounce height as Keane Johnson, who broke the NBA rookie joint trial record with the 21st pick in the first round of 2021.

Many people are amazed at how long Reemix has been in excellent shape. Reemix revealed that there are two main secrets: more inclined to protect the body's training, and daily and persistent practice.
