If there are multiple nodules, especially if there is a single major nodule with 1 or more nodules, it is necessary to consult a specialist as early as possible and follow up closely. For lung nodules larger than 8 mm, the first re-examination is recommended at 3 to 6 months.

He Mengzhang stressed that if you do not do surgery, in addition to looking at the size of the nodule, you also need to synthesize clinical symptoms, whether there are malignant signs, family history, tumor markers, smoking history and many other factors, and then do surgical resection or non-surgical biopsy after evaluation of high malignant tendencies.
