At present, it is particularly necessary to pay attention to preventing systemic financial risks, promote the improvement of the coordination and linkage mechanism for the bankruptcy disposal of enterprises at the provincial level, avoid risk spillover, and prevent the impact of social stability.
Deepen reform and opening up by means of the rule of law, and show greater achievements in serving and integrating into the new development pattern. Scientifically grasp the new stage of development, thoroughly implement the new development concept, accelerate the construction of a new development pattern, the rule of law has always been a stabilizer and ballast stone. Enhance the well-being of compatriots through the rule of law and take greater strides in exploring a new road of cross-strait integration and development. Doing a good job in Taiwan work and promoting the great cause of the motherland's reunification is an important mission and a major responsibility shouldered by Fujian. Using the concept of rule of law to promote the integrated development of Fujian and Taiwan is the due meaning of promoting the construction of rule of law in Fujian. We will resolutely implement the decision-making and deployment of the PARTY Central Committee on Taiwan work, give full play to Fujian's special advantages over Taiwan, actively explore new measures and new methods for promoting cross-strait integration and development through the rule of law, and promote institutionalization and standardization of integration through integration, benefit, and affection. Complete and improve cross-strait judicial exchange mechanisms, promote the establishment of offices in Fujian by law firms, arbitration, and other legal service institutions in Taiwan, deepen cooperation and exchanges in the fields of lawyers, notaries, arbitration, and mutual legal assistance, and strengthen research on Taiwan-related laws related to relevant regulations in the Taiwan region and "full access" between the two sides of the strait.
