Guo Maolin: Lead the staff to live a good life
On February 14, in the conference room of the Xiangtian Road community in the 103rd Regiment of Wujiaqu City, the Sixth Division, Guo Maolin, secretary of the party branch of the 14th Company and instructor of the Company Management Committee, was revising the courseware, and he was preparing to give a lesson entitled "How to Choose the Best Cotton Seed" for the growers.

When he was in college, Guo Maolin studied plant protection. In 2014, after graduating from university, Guo Maolin, who had excellent grades, came to work in the 103rd Regiment as a selected student. After coming to the 103rd Regiment, Guo Maolin traveled all over the fields of Tuanchang, and over the years he had a certain understanding of the geographical environment and crop planting of Tuanchang.
Guo Maolin found that 103tuan has many years of melon cultivation history, if you want melons to sell well, you can improve the melon planting technology and grow organic melons. Under the leadership of Guo Maolin, the 14th Company of the 103rd Regiment and the Environmental Protection Science Institute of the Corps signed an organic melon planting certification contract, adopting the planting mode of "order + staff", with technical guidance, merchants advancing funds, and not worrying about sales, which made the growers full of energy.
In addition to melons, Guo Maolin also has research on cotton cultivation. Every year during the spring ploughing preparation period, Guo Maolin will organize growers to hold crop planting technology training courses.
Guo Maolin said that this year he plans to lead growers to establish a production line for recycling and processing of grounded cotton. In the past, both unopened cotton and unplugged cotton were discarded in the ground, causing waste. In 2021, Guo Maolin introduced a "floor cotton picker" to pick up these cottons for the second time, and through the test operation of 100 mu of land, the net profit per mu was increased by about 100 yuan.
"This year, I want to expand the scope of the test site, build another small network set deep processing plant, broaden the channels for employees to increase income, and open a new way for employees to get rich." Guo Maolin said.
Zhou Lijuan: Starting a business to start a happy life

Zhou Lijuan, an employee of the 14th Company of rocket farms in Nova City, the 13th Division, is such an entrepreneur.

In one of the factory's offices, Zhou Lijuan, head of the Hami Nongteng Shengshi Farmers Professional Cooperative, sat in front of a computer and held an online meeting with several employees through video. Last year, the "Panda Fruit Edge" series of agricultural products were loved by consumers and sold largely. Just this year, Zhou Lijuan and her colleagues actively contacted large food stores in the mainland and tried to contact more suppliers to choose the special agricultural products of the 13th Division.
Zhou Lijuan is a "post-80s". In 2013, Zhou Lijuan quit her marketing job in Guangdong and returned to her hometown to start a business. Zhou Lijuan said: "My hometown is in Xinjiang, I hope that through the e-commerce platform can let more people know and buy Xinjiang's agricultural products, so I want to develop e-commerce in the company, but also help employees to find employment at the doorstep." ”
After returning to her hometown, Zhou Lijuan registered and established Hami Guoran Liangpin E-commerce Co., Ltd. to create the "Panda Fruit Edge" agricultural product brand. In the process of entrepreneurship, Zhou Lijuan continued to explore the "Internet + agricultural products" sales model. In November 2021, she signed a cooperation agreement with the Fourteenth Hami NongtengShengshi Planting Farmers Professional Cooperative to process and sell grapes, dates and other agricultural products grown by the members of the cooperative.
At the end of the online meeting, Zhou Lijuan began to prepare the activity planning plan for this year's "Gobi Qiao Women's Community E-commerce Live Broadcast talents Public Welfare Training".
As a female entrepreneur, Zhou Lijuan pays attention to women's entrepreneurship and employment.
