The four-episode TV documentary "When the Mountains and Flowers Are Full of Flowers", selected by the Propaganda Department of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and guided by the Sichuan Rural Revitalization Bureau, and jointly produced by the Sichuan Western Poverty Alleviation Resource Development Center, Sichuan Red Boat Culture Media Co., Ltd., and Sichuan David Xuan Film Co., Ltd., is the only documentary in Sichuan Province that reflects social poverty alleviation and has epic significance.

The TV documentary "When the Mountains and Flowers Are Full" consists of four episodes, each episode is 45 minutes, bringing together 22 typical cases of social poverty alleviation in Sichuan Province. The first episode is an education section, which records the stories of preschool popularization, east-west poverty alleviation cooperation, and blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty with knowledge in Liangshan and other ethnic minority areas, focusing on the gratifying results achieved by the "Dongliang Project" and the "Hundred Craftsmen And Technicians Project". The second episode is the health chapter, starting from the focus on life and health, showing all sectors of society providing medical technical support for the "three states" area, treating critical and special diseases for the poor people, improving the nutritional structure, improving the living environment and other poverty alleviation actions. The third episode is an industry chapter, which vividly tells the story of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises shouldering social responsibilities and driving villagers to get rid of poverty and become rich, while reflecting the new look of poverty alleviation in some deeply impoverished areas.
