3. The applicant cooperative enterprise or its affiliated group is one of the top 20 comprehensive strength of China's real estate development enterprises in 2021;
4. Import industrial, educational, and medical resources in accordance with the requirements of the Guangzhou Urban Renewal Planning and Construction Management Circle.
Who qualifies to be a partner of the New Creek Project? In fact, the suspense is not big.
China Resources' involvement in the old reform of Xinxi is news that has long been made public.
However, it is worth noting that the project accepts consortium bids (no more than 3), at which time China Resources may join hands with other companies to bid.
The Xinxi project, although not large, has always been very topical.

On February 1, 2021, the basic data of the old village was confirmed and announced by the Huangpu District Government.
On February 21, 2021, the Old City Area was included in the "2020 Third Batch of Urban Renewal Annual Plan for Guangzhou Development Zone, Huangpu District, Guangzhou".
On March 28, 2021, the construction of the urban renewal exhibition hall and model house was completed, which has been opened and put into use.

On September 30, 2021, the District Renewal Bureau replied to confirm the investment documents of the Xinxi Old Village Project.
In September 2021, Fengle Market officially launched the demolition work, as of December, the overall rent clearance rate reached 100%, and the property demolition progress was 70% complete.

On December 1, 2021, the new plan for the construction of the first district of the old village was approved by the Provincial Department of Natural Resources.

From the perspective of transportation and supporting facilities, compared with Fuyi and Chengguang, Xinxi (Line 5 and Line 7 Phase II) planned to have a double subway is not inferior.
