In view of the rain, snow and freezing weather, the management committee launched the "Jinhua Shuanglong Scenic Tourism Area Bad Weather Emergency Plan", the implementation of a 24-hour duty system, night duty personnel immediately arrived at the post, all staff of the scenic spot are on standby at any time, timely response to and disposal of various emergencies.

They braved the wind and snow to carry out de-icing operations. The Wucheng Traffic And Investment Emergency Support Group immediately organized 52 emergency personnel to go up the mountain, put in 10 inspection support vehicles, snow sweepers, salt spreaders and other mechanical equipment, 15 tons of industrial salt, cleaned up the snow on the road area, and their speed was faster than the wind and snow to ensure the smooth flow of the Luo power line road.
They stayed at their posts overnight. According to the snowfall on the mountain and the icy situation of the road, the management committee has organized the sealing and control of some sections of the Luo power line (the road section above the intersection of the Luo power line and the New Dynasty Line), and the traffic police and law enforcement personnel have been at the scene overnight to persuade and explain, especially for the safety control of vehicles going up the mountain at night, they ignore the cold and only protect the safety of one party.
