II. Deepen special projects for work style and discipline rectification
The problems in Wenshanhuihai are conspicuous, the supervision and inspection and examination are too frequent, and the investigation and research are sloppy; the work of rectifying formalism and reducing the burden on the grass-roots units is not pragmatic; the reform of "decentralization and management of services" is not in place, and the examination and approval of permits and other links are mutually restrictive; inaction, slow action, and chaotic behavior in work; and the treatment of the masses is cold and rigid, and the methods are simple and rude.

III. Deepen special projects for the education and rectification of the political and legal contingent
In the course of continuing to rectify such stubborn and chronic diseases as not filing cases, not investigating cases, not prosecuting those guilty, commuting sentences in violation of the law, parole, temporarily serving sentences outside of prison, and illegally enforcing civil cases, we should avoid the serious and the light, lay ambushes, and engage in cover.
