Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Super General") is under intensive construction. The reporter learned from the Municipal Metro Group that the super high-rise building SIC Super Headquarters Center of the Shenzhen Super Super Deep Bay Huiyun Center Project has begun the construction of the façade curtain wall project, and strives to complete it at the end of this year. At that time, the Deep Bay Huiyun Center project will be fully completed.

It is worth noting that Shenwan Huiyun Center is the first TOD super complex of Shenzhen Super Corporation, connecting three subway lines, and will be built into a large-scale urban super complex benchmarking project integrating multiple formats and full life scenes, further helping Shenzhen Super To build a global urban functional center and a model of future cities.

Located in the west of the "Central Green Axis" of Shenzhen Super Corporation, with a construction area of about 600,000 square meters, Shenwan Huiyun Center is a large-scale urban complex project with multi-format and composite urban functions built by Shenzhen Railway Group and Vanke Group with high standards and high quality of future cities. The project consists of 10 buildings, nine of which have been completed and are currently underway for the façade of the last building, the SIC Supertall. With a height of 358.7 meters, the SIC Super Headquarters Center is the complex with the highest degree of business complexity currently planned by the Shenzhen Railway Group, and will connect three subway lines of Line 2, 9 and 11.
As the largest commercial center in the current shenzhen super master plan, the SIC super headquarters center will contain up to 100,000 square meters of technology-enabled commercial "COMORROW ultra-deep living center".
