From February 15 to 16, Li Shumao, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Municipal Emergency Response Bureau, led a team to Dongying District to inspect and accept the residential community emergency rescue station.
The inspection team divided into two roads and inspected 25 community emergency rescue stations distributed in Longju, Niuzhuang, Huanghe Road, Shengyuan, Xindian and Wenhui town streets one by one. According to the acceptance specifications, the inspection team inspected in detail the material and equipment allocation, personnel composition, implementation of rules and regulations, linkage mechanism and on-site simulated fire extinguishing drills of the rescue station, listened carefully to the report of the person in charge of the rescue station on the construction of the site, affirmed the bright spots, timely informed the problems and deficiencies found, and rectified within a time limit.
In the discussion and exchange with the relevant responsible comrades of the Dongying District Emergency Bureau and the town street, Li Shumao pointed out that the construction of the residential community emergency rescue station is not only an important task arranged and deployed by the provincial and municipal emergency departments, but also a good thing and practical thing to extend the emergency rescue capacity building to the last kilometer and truly benefit the people. Letting the emergency rescue station as the biggest grasp of the grass-roots frontline response to emergencies will become an important part of our emergency system capacity building work.
He stressed that at present, the infrastructure configuration of residential community emergency rescue stations has achieved certain results, and the next step is to focus on how to establish a linkage mechanism with community properties, grid service centers, township special service stations and regional centers, so that they can play a more efficient role in actual combat and truly become a divine weapon stationed in the frontline of grass-roots emergency response.
