The first meeting of the sixth session of the CPPCC In Xihu District

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Fifth Hangzhou West Lake District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Ye Ze reported his work to the conference.
In the work report, the work results of the Fifth CPPCC Member Kezhi Studio were affirmed, and the report read: Kezhi Committee Member Studio led the lawyer team to set up online and offline liaison stations to help resolve the contradictions between grass-roots letters and visits, and has mediated 510 cases of various types and assisted in resolving more than 900 various disputes, which is affectionately known as the "walking committee studio" by the masses.

The "Kezhi Cppcc Committee Studio" is a CPPCC member's work room named after the Fifth West Lake District CPPCC Committee, and its duty is to build a "contact point for CPPCC members' social conditions and public opinions", firmly establish the people-centered concept of performing their duties, pay attention to the people's livelihood, listen to public opinion, pay attention to social hot spots, go deep into society, go deep into reality, and solve problems in depth, promote unity, resolve contradictions, collect and reflect social conditions and public opinions in a timely manner, be a bridge between party committees, governments and the masses, and actively assist the party and government in resolving contradictions at the grass-roots level.
Since its establishment, the "Kezhi Committee Member Studio" has participated in the "Please Come to Consultation" activities on many occasions, submitted a number of proposals, and made certain achievements in actively resolving contradictions. Ke Zhi was twice named an "outstanding CPPCC member" of the Fifth CPPCC National Committee, and he also actively wrote about social conditions and public opinions. In the "China Women's Daily" published a social situation and public opinion message entitled "Suggestions for Improving the Design of Parental Rights During Divorce Proceedings", and published in the "People's Political Consultative Conference Daily" that "the Scope of the Civil Code Should Expand the Scope of "Close Relatives"". Many amendments to the Draft Civil Code have been proposed, and a number of recommendations have been adopted.
The 2021 XIHU District CPPCC Work Report also affirmed the efficient work of Members Kezhi. Whether it is "Kochi's 'Walking Committee's Studio'" or "Kochi's Commissioner moved the studio online and tried his best to provide legal services and psychological counseling for 573 vulnerable people", they all received unanimous praise.
