Tian Liang, Du Yuan, Yao Yibin, Zhou Wei and Fang Qingzhuo, five literary and art workers, were awarded the Letter of Appointment of China's Anti-Abduction Volunteer Propagandists.

At the scene of the event, Tian Liang and 5 other people, together with volunteer representatives and student representatives, called on more caring people to join the anti-abduction work, actively assisted the public security organs in finding missing abducted children, and strived to reunite more separated families as soon as possible.

On the eve of the "June 1st International Children's Day", the Office of the Inter-ministerial Joint Conference on Anti-Trafficking of the State Council and the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security organized a nationwide anti-abduction publicity campaign with the theme of "Caring for Children and Opposing Trafficking", vigorously publicized the "China Action Plan against Trafficking in Population (2021-2030)", introduced the effectiveness of anti-abduction measures, and actively mobilized all sectors of society to actively support and participate in anti-trafficking and anti-trafficking work.

At the beginning of this year, the public security organs have always maintained zero tolerance for the crime of abduction and trafficking, established and improved a series of systems and mechanisms, such as the "one long and three guarantees" responsibility system for the investigation and handling of child abduction and trafficking cases, and the national "DNA system for cracking down on abduction." At the beginning of this year, they have made all-out efforts to crack down on the backlog of abducted and trafficked children, arrest suspects who have abducted and trafficked children, and find abducted children who have disappeared since the beginning of reform and opening up, and have achieved phased results.

At the same time, the Ministry of Public Security, together with the member units of the Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference on Anti-Abduction of the State Council, has carried out source governance and comprehensive management, completely reversing the trend of frequent child abduction and trafficking crimes.
