With the continuous advancement of urbanization, the concept of "future community" came into being and became one of the important elements of building a smart city. In 2019, the concept of future communities was first proposed by Zhejiang Province, and Yuan Jiajun, secretary of the provincial party committee, pointed out that the future community is a systematic reconstruction of the traditional urban community construction model and an open platform. In 2021, the Party Central Committee will support Zhejiang's high-quality development and construction of a common prosperity demonstration zone, and the future community will become an important part of the basic unit of common prosperity modernization. Hangzhou's future community construction achievements are second to none in the province, with a total of 122 creation projects launched in 2021, and 100 more are expected to be promoted this year. Nowadays, a number of distinctive future community pilots in Hangzhou have emerged, such as the colorful future community of all-age friendly and the Guanshan community that focuses on caring for the elderly... Summarize the common problems, replicable scenes, etc. in the process of future community construction, etc., in the near future, the future community will definitely change from "bonsai" to "scenery".

Strengthen top-level design and improve institutional mechanisms
In the construction of future communities, all communities have adopted digital means to build to varying degrees, but some communities have the problem of App activation rate and low usage rate. In order to ensure that residents can enjoy services with a sense of experience, a sense of acquisition and a sense of the future, the government department has launched corresponding measures.
Enhance the top-level design. For example, strengthen overall planning and concentrate on building a digital platform; study fund subsidy policies, municipal future community creation standards and acceptance standards, and so on. The Organization Department has also issued a standardized operation plan and pilot program on party building leading future community construction.
Complete institutional mechanisms. Key members were drawn to form special classes, coordinate more than a dozen departments, establish close contact with various districts (counties), and implement all aspects of future community construction requirements one by one.
Clarify the target outcome. Take the lead in carrying out the "Hundred Societies Demonstration, Thousand Societies Leading" upgrading project. In 2023, it is necessary to achieve 191 streets and towns in the entire city, and at least one municipal future community or future rural project will be created.
Clarify the community portrait and accurately solve the problem
In the process of promoting the construction of Future Communities in Hangzhou, different communities have corresponding work requirements and work priorities. The lack of public facilities in old residential areas, the large difference in the functional positioning of each community, and so on are all problems that need to be solved urgently.
To this end, the province has put forward the planning concept of "three transformations and nine scenes", and created nine future life scenarios in the community, such as future neighborhood scenes, future education scenarios, and future health scenarios. Hangzhou has made a detailed classification of different communities, which are divided into five categories: old residential areas, demolition and resettlement housing, commercial housing upgrading, new construction and future rural areas, covering almost all residential forms, which can refine the construction of residential scenes.
In some projects of old residential areas, demolition and resettlement housing, and upgrading, a "5+4" model is set, that is, five mandatory options plus four optional options. According to the resource endowment of each community, and on the basis of soliciting the opinions of all residents, the needs of residents are identified. The acceptance criteria stipulate that a third-party independent investigation, the satisfaction rate of residents reaches a certain level, before the acceptance can be carried out.
We have also proposed some solutions to the problem of insufficient public space in the community. For example, some idle housing in the hands of state-owned asset companies will be taken out and given to the streets and communities free of charge. Secondly, the existing house can be renovated, the original two-storey renovation to multi-storey, improve the plot ratio. You can also rent housing from surrounding enterprises, expand space, and focus on solving the problem of one old and one small.

Co-construction, co-governance and sharing, sustainable future community development
The sustainable development of the future community, on the one hand, needs to be co-built, co-governed and shared, the focus is on co-construction, and only when the resident community participates in the construction, they will have motivation for the final sharing. The second is the hematopoietic mechanism, on the road to common prosperity, there may be some residents in the community who need to be taken care of, then the source of funds can be the funding of the higher government. In the future, the community also needs to have a source, that is, its own hematopoietic mechanism, which is the fundamental way to solve its own maintenance operations.
There is no best but better, to meet the dynamic needs of residents
First of all, in the process of future community building, there is a sentence that is definitely correct, that is, there is no best, only better. Because we don't know what the future holds. This provides us with a lot of imagination space, you can envision the future of the world, you can have a lot of creative space.
Second, understand that demand is subject to change. The progress of social economy, science and technology has brought about changes in human needs. What we are doing now is community digitalization, community intelligence, and slowly it will come out intelligent. Many homes can already use voice control to open the curtains and turn on the lights. Next, the hot word metacosm may also appear in the construction of the future community, and there will be more virtual space in the future, and virtual life will enter our community. Therefore, the standards and models of the future community are all staged, and the government should actively follow up on the changes in the needs of the people's lives.

The construction of the future community needs to have a strong synergy, and the construction of the colorful future community unites three administrative communities. With the leadership of party building as the general command, from the district to the community, there are leaders in charge. To do a good job in the future community, it is necessary for residents to set up a sense of ownership, build it themselves, and manage it themselves. Around the construction of functional residents, we have set up a point management system called Guanshan Coin. Residents participate in night patrols, garbage sorting, epidemic prevention duty and other activities, and residents can get points for Guanshan Coin. These points can be consumed in scenes such as stadiums and Guanshan canteens in the community. Through the closed-loop model, residents can participate in community activities while enjoying community services. At the same time, the pilot launched a "direct code", residents can scan the code to break the news in real time, and establish a "public opinion through train" between the people and the management department, combined with the responsible residents and the autonomy of the corridor, to promote the transformation of residents from the governance object to the main body of governance.
Referring to the integrated model of investment, construction, management and transportation, we boldly explored the "while construction, while serving" model, and solved the problem of resource dislocation caused by the inconsistency between the construction party and the operator in the construction and operation of the home care service center and the 0-3 child care institution. At the same time, actively leverage social resources to invest in the construction of future communities, so that they can make profits while operating, such as opening a water bar in the study, anchoring the community canteen to serve people of all ages, etc., and establish a long-term operation mechanism.

Research needs, one community and one model personalized customization
Before starting the construction of the future community, basic research is an indispensable part. It is necessary to take the lead by the street to carry out research and mapping of the basic conditions such as space, environment, population and governance system of the subordinate communities, and form a time sequence for the future community construction of the street. Like the preliminary survey, it was found that the demand of the colorful future community in all ages is comparable, the whole community has more than 20,000 people, the elderly have 20,000 or 3,000 people, and the new Hangzhou people have nearly 10,000 people, so the configuration has set up a full life cycle of life function support. The original property building at the entrance of the Colorful North Garden has been renovated and has now become the living room and urban study room of the community. The original single community health service station was expanded to meet the routine examination needs of the elderly with chronic diseases. The original community room has become a colorful canteen, and the 1500 square meter canteen has realized the three functions of the people's canteen, the late-night canteen, and the cloud canteen.
