It is worth mentioning that after the end of the platform jumping event, Grabak only ranked 12th, and cross-country skiing started 2 minutes and 07 seconds later than the first runner, and finally won the championship, showing his super skiing ability.
Grabak's compatriot Oftebro finished second 0.4 seconds behind and Takuto Watanabe finished third 0.6 seconds behind.
