Dahan Eastern Zhou Cemetery
The Dahan Dongzhou Cemetery in Guanqiao Town, Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, has been shortlisted for the "2019 National Top Ten Archaeological Final Evaluation" and selected as "Shandong Centennial Hundred Important Archaeological Discoveries", which is of great value and significance. At present, the archaeological excavation work has been completed, but there has been no substantial progress in the protection and utilization of the Korean Eastern Zhou cemetery, and some cemeteries have been landfilled, but the chema pit and other places urgently need to be protected in situ for future display and utilization.

Dahan Cemetery is located in the east of Dahan Village, Guanqiao Town, Tengzhou City, with a total area of about 7,000 square meters. The cemetery was stolen in January 2017, a batch of Bronzes from the Eastern Zhou Dynasty was recovered, and after approval by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, a full excavation of the cemetery was carried out from 2017 to 2019. More than 200 tombs in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty have been cleaned up, and more than 3,000 cultural relics such as pottery, bronze, jade, stone, bone, horn, mussel, pewter, lead, lacquered wood, gold, iron and other cultural relics have been excavated. In particular, the same tomb group unearthed weapons belonging to two ancient princely states, and both inscribed with the names of the monarchs, which are the most eye-catching. One of them is the Yue Wang Sword engraved with the words "Yue Wang Zhou Hook", and the other is the Yue Guo Junge (also known as 郳公戈) engraved with the words "Yue Gong Ke Father". In the archaeological excavations, two car and horse pits were cleared, a total of thirteen funeral carriages and horses, and the number of them, their good preservation, and the number of models are rare, which has aroused great attention and attention in the domestic archaeological community. The Dahan Cemetery plays an irreplaceable role in studying many academic issues such as the zhou dynasty cultural genealogy in central and southern Luzhong, the burial system of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, the integration of cultural exchanges, the twelve princely states of Sishang and their relations with neighboring ancient countries, and is of great significance to the study of the formation of Qilu regional culture and traditional culture.
In order to better protect the excavation sites of the Korean cemetery, especially the protection and utilization of chema pits, and give full play to the role of cultural relics, it is specially recommended:
1. In accordance with relevant regulations, further improve the protection and utilization plan of the Chema Pit in the Cemetery of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty of The Great Han Dynasty, and determine specific protection measures.
Second, in accordance with the principle of first urgent and then slow, first implement on-site protection of the excavation site of the chema pit, build a protective shed, and simultaneously plan the exhibition and layout. Secondly, the construction of the supporting project for the external display and management of the Chema Pit was implemented, and finally the construction of the supporting project for the overall protection and utilization of the Tomb of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty of The Great Han Dynasty was launched.
3. Conduct special review and settlement research on sites, and compare and study with the neighboring Xue Guo Ancient City and its noble tombs, dongjiang XiaoYiGuo cemetery, Teng guo ancient city and Zhuangli Xi Tengguo noble cemetery. Combined with the surrounding Beixin ruins and the historical and cultural protection of Xue Guo's ancient city, planning and construction are carried out simultaneously.
Fourth, carry out research on the development of vehicle culture. Xi Zhongxia, the originator of the car, was sealed in Xue and founded the Xue Kingdom, and the history of the Xue Kingdom was also passed down to future generations due to the great influence of Xi Zhong. The invention of the car has great significance in the history of human civilization, combined with the front palm of the big car and horse pit, can further conduct a series of research on the history of the development of the car, promote the cultural research of the Xue River Basin, and better promote the development of regional culture and tourism.
