Fuqing is a famous city with profound overseas Chinese, is a modern coastal overseas Chinese city, therefore, in the design of the sales office display area, we will take the process of different stages of overseas Chinese chasing their dreams as the theme, integrate into the design nodes of each space, so that customers can resonate, design and music, literature, art, etc. Are connected, "the meaning of the trust" is not only applicable to literature, but also applicable to design.

The art installation opposite the tea room symbolizes the family letter closely related to the wanderer, and in the stacked family letter, the text jumps out of the gap and the past is vividly remembered.
At the same time, the oriental architectural garden combined with the temporal and spatial behavioral aesthetic interests into the indoor space, in a warm way for the distinguished guests to create a warm and stable atmosphere.

Time Tunnel – Combining camellias with origami art, the six folded faces of the space are treated into mirrors, where abstract flowers change color as the four seasons change, and the intensity changes from day to night, providing an otherworldly gateway into the world of the expatriate.
