Xiao Yadong, Secretary of the Party Branch and Principal of Xichang Junior High School, and Lu Hao, Director of the Office, attended the event.
On the day of homecoming, the alumni seemed to have returned to the exciting moment of registration, shaking hands, hugging and chatting with teachers and students who had been reunited for a long time. Alumni walked on campus, sat in classrooms, reminisced about the past, relived the footprints of their studies from the grass and trees, and felt the development and changes of their alma mater in brick by brick.
Accompanied by Principal Xiao Yadong, the alumni went to the classroom of Class 91 to reminisce about their academic careers with their teachers. The class teacher and the classroom teacher spoke affectionately, they recalled the unforgettable journey of getting along with their classmates, and lamented that in the past 40 years, the teenagers have grown into people who are independent and shoulder social responsibilities; Alumni representatives recalled the people and events in junior high school that they remembered deeply, and shared their thoughts on the meaning of life after entering the society. Time can take away youth, but it can't take away the friendship between teachers and students; Time can dilute the imprint, but it imprints the traces of the soul.
In the lecture hall of the school, the alumni watched the graduation commemorative book and the video of the students' regular reunion. President Xiao Yadong introduced the development of the school in recent years to the alumni in detail, and extended a warm welcome to the alumni. President Xiao said that the development of the school is inseparable from the care and support of the alumni, and he hopes to work with all outstanding alumni to create a better tomorrow for the school.
After the event, the alumni took a group photo and visited the campus and the exhibition hall of the Art Garden Building. Time passes, the years are like songs, and the old classmates meet each other, not only with warm handshakes, longing hugs, but also with a little bit of good memories...... Everyone chatted and reminisced together, checked in and took pictures together, and talked about the past together.
