<h3>Chen Chong supervised the production of the short film "Swimming Water" to land in the "Pingyao Corner"</h3>

On the evening of October 13, 2021, the 5th Pingyao International Film Festival "Pingyao Corner" special screening of "Swimming Water" and the opening event were held at the Film Palace. Directed by young director Zhou Quan and produced by well-known actor Chen Chong, and co-starring Chen Chong, Xu Wenshan, Sun Yang and Zheng Yuzhi, "Swimming Water" focuses on the growth of young girls under the epidemic. Director Zhou Quan said that the creation of "Swimming Water" originated from the characters, and the short film uses a 1:1 format to focus on people's faces in order to create a sense of suffocation.

Zhou Quan won the highest award at the 13th Hong Kong Asian Film Investment Association in 2015 and the KNN Audience Award at the 22nd Busan International Film Festival in 2017 for his first feature film, Summer in The West Creek.

Jia Zhangke said that he hopes that through the film exhibition, on the one hand, cross-regional, cross-college and cross-professional communication will be realized, and on the other hand, a bridge between student films and the industrial market will be built. "Pingyao Corner" is a permanent unit of the education section of the Pingyao International Film Festival, and in 2021, a total of 24 "invitation group" short films and 13 "open group" short films were shortlisted.
