Foreign media news, Apple has been sued again, just last week because of the iPad jelly screen defendant, which is a lawsuit again.
The plaintiffs allege that some of the multitasking and native browser Safari hashtaging features of the iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch infringe a 3D user interface patent.

This week, the plaintiffs filed the lawsuit, and Apple filed a complaint against SpaceTime3D, a software company that "provides a seamless digital experience for consumers." The point of justice for both is that both display the U.S. patent related to the user interface mechanism in three dimensions, and up to 3.
However, the Apple APP Switcher and Safari Tab View feature infringe on these patents because they cover a way to improve the user experience on small devices by displaying content in three-dimensional space.
