Scientific contraception, there are several methods
Advocating scientific contraception and protecting reproductive health, Wu Suimei recommends the following contraceptive methods:
1. Condoms: For male contraceptives, the correct use of contraception rate is as high as 93%-95%, and it has the effect of preventing sexually transmitted diseases.
2. Short-acting oral contraceptives: contraceptive efficiency of more than 99%, this method not only has a contraceptive effect, but also the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding, dysmenorrhea and other therapeutic effects.
3. Subcutaneous implant: the contraceptive is effective at nearly 100%. The operation time is short, no more than 1 minute to complete the operation, and the outpatient is as you go. 4. Intrauterine device: contraception has an efficiency of more than 90%, is a simple, long-acting, safe contraceptive method, generally valid for 5-10 years, has no impact on sexual life, and can restore fertility after removal.
Emergency contraceptives are not recommended as the only contraceptive method
If contraception fails because of objective factors, oral emergency contraception pills (such as Yuting) can be taken within 72 hours, with an effective rate of more than 85%, but it is not recommended for routine use, because of its large dose of contraceptive hormones, heavy adverse reactions, menstrual disorders such as irregular bleeding, and cannot replace conventional contraception.
If contraception fails or is not used, remedies for terminating pregnancy include:
1. Induced abortion (after excluding contraindications to surgery, negative pressure aspiration is used for those within 10 weeks of pregnancy; forceps are used for early pregnancies greater than 10 weeks of pregnancy). Surgery has risks such as bleeding, infection, uterine perforation, organ damage, cervical adhesions, uterine adhesions, menstrual disorders, infertility, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, re-operation, etc., and even endangers life safety.

How can complications be reduced when miscarriage is unavoidable?
