Combined effect, the effect is too fast.
Current results: Just measured with a soft ruler, the waist circumference decreased by 3 cm, and the hip circumference decreased by 5 cm.
The body is slender and up to standard, and the back is to slowly practice strength + flexibility. [Struggle]
