M0NESY, a 16-year-old G2 sniper, analyzed the 1v4 endgame of beating MIBR on Inferno in a recent live broadcast. In conversations with the audience, the Russian genius explained how he teased the Brazilians with a fake bury show by the fountain, while also pointing out the mistakes made by the last opponent in the 1v1 situation.
"When I killed the first person with a blind sniper, I realized they were trying to run out of time to win. The only decision that had a big impact on this endgame was – I realized that the guy who packed the dots would be dead in three boxes and wouldn't be peeking me first. His M4 bullet was empty, and since there was little time left, he didn't change the bullet but chose to pull out the USP, there were only 12 seconds left, the man in the CT direction missed his footsteps and hid, when I faked the mine bag, he didn't expect me to snipe him first. Because as usual, when you fake it, you usually focus on the person hiding in the bag. Another detail is that after I was buried by the fountain, I shrunk a position behind a box so that the people in the three boxes could not see me and could not hit me. When I solved the second CT, all that was left was to rush into three boxes to take out the recent threat. ”
"When the endgame started, the last CT didn't move at all (still in the big pit). Even if we killed two, he was still standing at the other end of the map.
