According to Spain's "World Sports Newspaper", Inter Milan are close to renewing the contract with Slovenian goalkeeper Handanovic, who will stay in Milan City.
Handanovic, who will turn 38 this year, is Inter's captain and absolute main player, having just led the team to a Serie A title last season.
