【Jiangsu News】On February 10, the special job fair of "party building leads to gather people's hearts and employment services to promote development" in Yazhou Town was successfully concluded.
Before the Spring Festival, Yazhou Town contacted enterprises in a timely manner to find out the employment structure and work characteristics of enterprises, and sent a message to the enterprises in the town to hold a job fair, widely launched, carefully deployed, and carefully organized enterprises to participate in the job fair, expanding the scope of enterprise talent resources. The job fair was attended by 28 companies, providing 387 jobs for job seekers to choose from.
The job fair strictly implements the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and the participants are registered in real names, measure the temperature with bright codes, wear masks throughout the process, control the density of crowds, and ensure the safety, stability and smoothness of recruitment activities.

Job seekers who come to apply for employment either check job information or talk to recruiters, and the atmosphere is warm and orderly. The recruitment site also arranged for the staff to answer the social security business policies such as labor rights protection, employment, and social insurance, providing comprehensive employment service guarantee, and the service intensity was "full of firepower", so that job seekers were "like a spring breeze".

A total of more than 1,000 people participated in the job fair, and after full communication with the employing enterprises, 320 people reached a preliminary employment intention, and the results were fruitful.
