The main attraction of the high pile story is the upper pile. Because it is performed at an altitude of up to twelve meters, the weight of the performers is strictly controlled to be less than fifteen kilograms, and the performers are generally children dressed as men and women, mainly comedy characters. During the performance, the young actors rely on clever props to support themselves, standing on the paper umbrellas, bows and arrows or flowers in the hands of the middle pile actors, so that the audience can get a thrilling and strange visual enjoyment.
On that day, 20,000 spectators surrounded the two-kilometer-long Wawu Street, and the township government staff plus the public security police all came to maintain order. The show lasts two and a half hours from 9:30 a.m.
