After interrogation, Zou truthfully confessed the criminal facts of his handling of credit cards to carry out telecommunications fraud, and through interrogation, he learned that his accomplice Peng Mou was at large. The police handling the case immediately carried out investigation work around Peng, and at this time, Peng knew that Zou was caught like a bird with a bow, constantly changing his mobile phone number and temporary address. While keeping an eye on peng's possible places, the fugitive police adopted a strategy of attacking the heart, tirelessly calling Peng and sending text messages to persuade him to surrender, under the powerful policy offensive, Peng took the initiative to surrender to the Nanjindu police station on February 7.
