In terms of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou and Foshan plan to build rail transit directly to each other's central areas, and Guangzhou's line will also extend to Zhongshan and Zhuhai. As for the congestion of Line 3, it will be diverted through the 18th Line under construction and the planned Guangzhou Avenue Line.

At the meeting, the relevant person in charge of the Guangzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the "Three-year Action Plan for Promoting the Development of the Rail Transit Industry in Guangzhou (2019-2021)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"). The "Action Plan" proposes that by 2021, the scale of Guangzhou's rail transit industry is expected to reach 120 billion yuan, and strive to achieve an output value of 180 billion yuan in 2023.

At the meeting, Ding Jianlong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Guangzhou Metro Group, released the report "Innovation and Development of Urban Rail Transit in the New Era - Guangzhou 2019".

According to the report, Guangzhou urban rail transit will achieve the following goals

"3060" spatio-temporal reachability: 30 minutes between the "one main and one pair" dual core and other group centers in Guangzhou and other group centers in Guangzhou to adjacent urban hubs, between the "one main and one pair" dual cores in Guangzhou, and 30 minutes between the core and the peripheral group centers of the city, and 60 minutes between the main urban area and adjacent regional centers in Guangzhou.

55% travel share: By 2025, rail transit will account for nearly 55% of public transportation trips, and 80% of long-term travel.

75% line network coverage: By 2025, 75% of the urban population and 85% of the employment positions in Guangzhou will be covered.

No more than 2 transfers: By 2025, 80% of the rail trips from the outer urban area to the main urban area will not exceed 2 times, and 90% of the rail travel transfers in the main urban area and the connecting area will not exceed 2 times.

1. Greater Bay Area: Start with Guangzhou-Foshan, and extend the future track to Zhongshan and Zhuhai

Ding Jianlong said that among the nine cities in the Greater Bay Area, intercity rail transit and urban rail transit have opened for operation with a total mileage of 1,164 kilometers, and the total planned mileage is nearly 6,000 kilometers.

"To jump out of Guangzhou, from the height of the Greater Bay Area, how to serve the citizens, drive the city and industrial development through rail transit." Ding Jianlong said, "The rail corridor is a scarce resource, a corridor can run high-speed rail, intercity, subway, to think about the integration between each other, from the bay area intercity, district (city) area, subway network collaborative transportation, to cross-level interconnection, cross-city integration network integration gradually move forward, the formation of 'one network, one ticket, a string of cities' pattern, to achieve the bay area intercity rail transit 'bus'." ”

"In the new round of planning, Guangzhou will first start from the mature Guangzhou-Foshan urbanization, and will realize the direct rail connection between Guangzhou and foshan central area, using the same system, the same ticketing, and the same technology." Next, Guangzhou's rail transit is also planned to extend to Zhongshan and Zhuhai, forming a network that can be reached in all directions. ”

2. Urban area: Line 18 under construction and guangzhou avenue line under construction

Ding Jianlong said: "If you only calculate the subway (excluding intercity), the subway mileage of Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou has ranked among the top three in the world. Guangzhou Metro opened 478 kilometers, and the average daily passenger flow since this month has reached 9.3 million, accounting for more than 50% of the city's public transportation travel. ”

How to alleviate the congestion of the subway and improve the comfort of passengers? Ding Jianlong said: "For example, the third metro line that passengers generally reflect, it is still necessary to increase the supply in planning and construction, and in the future, it will be solved through the 18 line under construction and the planned Guangzhou Avenue line." At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the interconnection of lines and achieve better evacuation and agglomeration. In addition, it is necessary to more accurately predict passenger flow, make capacity more suitable for demand, adopt new technologies to dynamically perceive the number of passengers in real time, and provide value-added services for passengers in the car. ”

3. Service: Realize "senseless payment" in the future

Ding Jianlong said that Guangzhou Metro is building a "1+4" leading intelligent rail transit. Taking ticketing service as an example, on the basis of "diversified payment", in the future, through various types of intelligent sensorless detection equipment, capture the characteristics of passenger labels, combine the passenger "portrait" information base, realize the passenger's "non-sense payment", and the ticketing equipment is gradually virtualized, fully realizing the intelligent identification of identity non-sense in the whole process of passenger travel, accurately judging the travel trajectory in the passenger station, and automatically completing a series of ticketing operations in the background.

"In the future, with the wisdom of station management, equipment will be reduced and more waiting space will be provided for citizens and passengers." Ding Jianlong said. At the end of this year, Guangzhou will establish a "smart subway demonstration station" to achieve intelligent services, networked collaboration, personalized customization, and service extension driven by data. In 2025, 10 new subway lines will reach the third level of smart subway and start the upgrading of smart subways that have opened lines; by 2035, the entire network of Guangzhou Metro will be gradually upgraded to the highest level of smart subways with "intelligent perception and intelligent linkage".

Guangzhou takes the initiative and actively leads the construction of three systems to achieve the integrated and coordinated development of rail transit in the Bay Area. The first is to establish a regional rail transit network system, including a regional rail transit network hierarchical system, a regional comprehensive hub system, a multi-level rail network integration and interconnection, a public transit operation area (city) area express line system system, etc.; the second is to build a rail transit interconnection technology system, including line network relationship research, system system, ticket clearing rules, transportation organization, information interconnection, jurisdiction planning, resource sharing planning, safety emergency handling, etc.; the third is to build a regional rail transit management system, including planning control, Ticketing system and ticket management, investment and financing and asset management model, project establishment model, operation mode, maintenance mode, business model, construction management mode, etc. Guangzhou Daily all-media text reporter Li Tianyan Wu Yangyu correspondent Wen Meichun
