In order to manage this complex community, Yan Xinzhuo, while adhering to the traditional home visit, used the "Internet +" thinking to take the lead in providing online reservation services for foreigners' accommodation in the jurisdiction, realizing the service mode of online information registration and on-time supplementary accommodation procedures, which greatly reduced the time and cost of foreigners.
"Mr. Officer, if the landlord and the agent come back and ask me to move, I really can't do anything about it." One day, Yan Xinzhuo received a call from a foreign migrant worker living in the community and immediately rushed to the scene. It turned out that the foreign migrant worker was facing financial difficulties due to a sudden change in his home, and his request to the landlord and intermediary to suspend the collection of rent was rejected. After understanding the situation, Yan Xinzhuo communicated with him heartily, patiently persuaded, and timely coordinated the two sides to reach an agreement, and the dispute was resolved. After returning to China, the foreigner sent a text message to Yan Xinzhuo: "You let me know that Beijing is a safe and warm city. ”
In order to better serve the foreign personnel in the jurisdiction, Yan Xinzhuo took the initiative to learn more than Chinese and organized foreign volunteers to form an exchange group. The "security officer" of the people in the community
DongshengYuan is an old residential area, backward material defense and technical defense facilities, coupled with the habit of some foreign tenants who do not lock the door at night, preventing burglary has become the focus of security precautions. After receiving the support of the community, Yan Xinzhuo set up a building patrol team, and every night, he personally led the patrol and coordinated with the relevant departments to strengthen the construction of community physical defense technology and further improved the prevention efficiency.

The panicked thief had just run out of the door of the building when he was caught by the patrol led by Yan Xinzhuo.

Yan Xinzhuo found that there are many elderly people living alone in the community, these elderly people have dedicated their youth to the scientific research cause of the motherland when they are young, and the children of many elderly people are not around for work and other reasons, and they usually have less access to new things, and they are easy to become targets of fraudsters. Therefore, Yan Xinzhuo led the police system to sort out the common and easy-to-occur types of fraud among the elderly, printed and posted them in the community bulletin board, corridors, and elevators, and regularly held anti-fraud publicity lectures in the community to popularize the latest anti-fraud knowledge to the elderly.
In October last year, Aunt Li of a research institute received a strange phone call, claiming to have kidnapped Aunt Li's son and demanded a ransom of 300,000 yuan. She hurried to try to contact her son in the field, but the phone was not through, which made her anxious. Aunt Li came to the police station with a nervous mood for help, after listening to Aunt Li's description, the police concluded that this was a typical "fake kidnapping for money" telecommunications network fraud case, immediately comforted Aunt Li not to worry, and helped her contact her son. After confirming that her son was safe, Aunt Li's hanging heart was put down.
Yan Xinzhuo led the police of the community police team to give full play to the role of "deputy secretary wearing police uniforms", in view of the characteristics of "many academicians and experts, high level of knowledge, and many educational institutions" in the jurisdiction, he led the community party committee and the party building coordination committee to build a community service scientist system, and comprehensively solved the needs of residents for medical treatment and business services, and the police team participated in the whole process and provided guarantees. In the past year, the police force has done practical things and solved difficulties for the residents, properly resolved nearly 100 shopping disputes, and received more than 10 pennants and commendation letters from the residents.
