Returning to free agency, Kyojin left Vitality to become a free agent

Vitality officially announced that Kyojin, who had been with the team for nine months, officially left the team, and the contract between the two sides had expired, so Kyojin also became a free agent. Previously, following Vitality's decision to bring in dupreeh and Magsik, Kyojin was sent to the bench in January. Kyojin joined Vitality in the spring of 2021 to take the place of RpK, and although Kyojin occasionally had a standout performance during his time for Vitality, this did not meet expectations, and eventually Kyojin had to make room for the arrival of the Dane. While playing at Kyojin, Vitality reached the quarter-finals of the PGL Stockholm Major and had a back-and-forth with eventual champion NAVI. Vitality reached two finals in the subsequent IEM Winter And BLAST Fall Finals, and blast global finals also finished third, but the event also became Kyojin's last dance in Vitality. Kyojin is currently competing in the ESL Challenger League with former LDLC players, and it is not known whether the next few will complete the team.
