At the signing ceremony of major cooperation projects, Chen Jianhong, director of the Management Committee of the Plain Demonstration Zone, signed contracts with the leaders of the Aviation Industry Xinfei Industrial Park Project, the Xinji Supply Chain Industrial Park Project, the Jingdong Health Industry Demonstration Zone Base Project, the Xinxiang Vocational College of Industry and Commerce Project, the State Key Laboratory of Market Regulation Project, and the Tanigawa United Bank Strategic Cooperation Project. The total investment of 6 projects is 16.6 billion yuan, involving university scientific research, high-end services, advanced manufacturing and other fields, and the signing of the project is conducive to the pingyuan demonstration area to strengthen the "two highs and one first" leading industry and create a "two places, three districts and one hub" in Xinxiang City.

The total investment of the north branch of Henan Provincial People's Hospital is 2 billion yuan, covering an area of about 164 mu and a construction area of 195,000 square meters. The project mainly builds outpatient buildings, medical technology buildings, inpatient departments, emergency buildings, expert apartments and life assistance, scientific research buildings and basements, and strives to build a high-level and modern medical center based on demonstration areas, serving Zhengxin and radiating Zhongyuan after 5 to 8 years.
