Su Boming found through preliminary research that the implementation of market procurement trade can allow the majority of small and medium-sized foreign trade factories to have a legal and compliant channel to export, without worrying about the problem of invoices, as well as the problems of customs declaration and foreign exchange collection.

　　Su Boming said that there are more than 900 suppliers and more than 100 foreign trade companies in the current weaving market procurement pilot center, and the export volume has exceeded 800 million yuan. In this regard, he suggested that it is necessary to weave a fine "grid management", in the face of this volume, the enterprises in the market can be divided into several major grids, according to the product classification, to clarify the tracking of a grid member corresponding to the product classification entity in the region.

Strengthen information exchange with departments such as commerce, customs, foreign management, and public security, actively build an intelligent governance model, and form a new pattern of overall intelligent governance and efficient coordination.
