Recipients of the subsidy
1. From January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2021, the workshop director of the enterprise who obtained the certificate of college degree or above and the following front-line employees (subject to the date of the graduation certificate issued by the university and the electronic registration filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education), and must be a trade union member of the province, and have signed a labor contract with the employer for more than one year (calculated by the deadline for issuing documents).
