Whoever, without approval, illegally establishes pawn shops and branches or illegally engages in pawn business in other ways, is suspected of violating Articles 5 and 58 of the Measures for the Administration of Pawnshops, and may be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Council's Measures for the Investigation and Punishment of Unlicensed Operations, the Notice of the Office of the Chaozhou Municipal People's Government on Further Strengthening the Investigation and Handling of Unlicensed And Unlicensed Operations (Chaofu Office Letter [2021] No. 64) and other relevant provisions.

Recently, the Chaozhou Municipal Financial Work Bureau found in its daily monitoring of local financial organizations that there are individual unlicensed and unlicensed pawn shops under its jurisdiction. The bureau specifically named Chaozhou Baixin Pawnshop Co., Ltd. (credit code: 91445100MA52FX8J6H, address: Chaozhou City, Lurong Road South and Yong'an Road between Hyatt Mingting No. 11 store) belongs to the name of the "pawn" but has not yet obtained the "pawn business license", does not have the qualification to engage in pawn business.
