"Village Exploration" Wang Shuangmiao Village's century-old regime changes

Before the establishment of the party branch in Wangshuangmiao Village in 1937, there were only a few well-known people in the village (heads of various ethnic groups) who managed some sporadic affairs in the village. During the Japanese and puppet periods, the village-level organization was uncertain, and sometimes three regimes coexisted (i.e., the Japanese puppet regime, the Republic of China government, and the secret party regime). The government of the Republic of China set up village chiefs, and the Japanese puppet government set up a security chief, a public security officer (referred to as a public security officer). At that time, there were no militia organizations, called the Self-Defense Forces and the Women's Congress, called the Women's Salvation Association, and there was no need to organize production, but only to convene the masses of the whole village to hold a meeting to fight the landlords, eliminate the bullies, divide the fields, and divide the fruits. During the period of the struggle of the democratic revolution, he organized and mobilized the masses, joined the army to participate in the war, defended the fruits of victory, raised grain and funds and military supplies, supported the front, sent stretchers and some materials such as people and carts to participate in the battle; mediated some civil disputes, and other matters. In the early days of japanese occupation, most of the organizational activities were secret, there was no fixed office address, in the cemetery, idle house and other inconspicuous places, after the surrender of the Japanese army, the village office was set up in the old temple.

In the land reform movement, after the villagers were given the land, the enthusiasm and enthusiasm for labor production were unprecedentedly high, mutual aid groups, cooperatives, and people's communes were established, and the village-level organizations were gradually perfected, leading the broad masses of the people to carry out agricultural and industrial and sideline production, and shouldering the work of marketing, agricultural technology, and agricultural machinery reform. After the establishment of the brigade committee, from the fifties to the late sixties, the leading group of the brigade committee gradually improved and the division of labor was clear. Under the unified leadership of the party branches, the villagers' committees, militia companies, the Communist Youth League, the Women's Federation, the Public Security Council, and other organizations have each assumed their own responsibilities and led the broad masses of the people to carry out such work as leveling the land, selecting and breeding fine varieties, digging canals and digging wells, and scientifically planting fields. The office location has always been in the current office (the former site of the great temple) for decades, that is, the appearance is very different from the original.

The brigade office was in the original old temple, which was repaired once when the Youth Federation was established in 1964 under the leadership of the militia company and the Communist Youth League; in 1967, when the Red Guards "broke the four olds", they used the bricks of the old brick graves to build 6 new schools on the north end of the north courtyard of the village. In the 1980s, after the production team was abolished, the brigade underwent another renovation, and in 2002, the front yard of Wang Shengchang (the backyard of the brigade) was expanded to the office of the brigade, and the north house of the backyard had a monitoring room, a library, and civil affairs. After the seven rooms in the front row were renovated, they were hardcovered in 2017 and became the current model of the village committee and promoted throughout the county.

Before the liberation of Wangshuangmiao Village, the name of the village-level institution changed frequently, and it was not until after the liberation that it was gradually improved. Before and after the surrender of the Japanese army, the village office set up village chief Wang Qichang, accountant Wang Yuting, women's director Wang Jinmei, and public security officer Wang Shichang. In 1950, it was changed to a village committee, with yan Shixiang, the village chief; during the "Cultural Revolution", Liu Yinfang, a disabled soldier, presided over the overall work (the secretary of the party branch and the captain of the brigade became the ruling faction and was seized of power and criticized), renamed the "Cultural Revolution", changed to the "three combinations" leadership group in 1968, and changed its name to the "Wangshuangmiao Villagers Committee", which has not changed to this day.
