U.S. President Joe Biden has been provoked by a joint signature of Republican opponents. According to Fox News Network reported on the 9th, 38 Republican lawmakers in the United States jointly sent a letter to Biden on Tuesday (8th) local time, expressing concern about the latter's current "cognitive state" and believing that its "mental decline has become more obvious", and they urged Biden to conduct a "cognitive test" to prove that it is capable of serving as president.

Members involved in writing the joint letter include Rep. Ronnie Jackson, the current Republican of Texas, who served as the White House physician for three U.S. presidents, Representative Alice Stephannick, president of the House Republican Conference and Republican of New York, and Mike Johnson, vice president of the Republican Convention, from Louisiana.
"My colleagues and I again asked President Biden to immediately conduct formal cognitive tests, such as the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test (MOCA)," Jackson wrote in an email to fox news digital channels.
Jackson said, "Biden keeps proving to me and the world that something isn't quite right. The American people should have absolute confidence in their president's ability to recognize." He added, "It's not a partisan issue. When I discussed the issue of conducting a cognitive test with President Trump, he was desperate to reassure the American people and quell (some) fake news media coverage... Why didn't President Biden do that? ”

The joint letter also reportedly mentioned Alzheimer's symptoms and Examples of Biden's previous "out-of-control mood," such as saying that Biden "had this emotional change at a meeting on January 24, 2022, and when you finished the opening remarks, you obviously didn't know the microphone was on, and then you called a White House reporter 'stupid bitch' in response to his previous questions about inflation."
(On January 24, because the microphone was not turned off, biden's press conference scene was heard swear words)
The report also mentioned that the lawmakers said in the letter that Biden had also made mistakes in saying how many Americans had been vaccinated with the new crown booster needle, and that this mistake was "not just a recent trend."
For the joint letter, Fox News said that the White House did not immediately respond to requests for comment. The media said that the results of Biden's annual physical examination released in November last year showed that he was competent for the presidency, but did not say whether he had undergone cognitive tests.
It is worth noting that when US President Biden held a press conference on the first anniversary of his presidency on the 19th of last month, according to the British "Independent" news, in the press conference reporter question session, some reporters raised some people's questions about whether Biden's personal "mental health" can support his continued presidency.
