In accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Public Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions in Yunnan Province (Yunren Shefa [2016] No. 182), the Measures for the Public Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions in Kunming City (Trial Implementation) (Kunming Government Office [2008] No. 80), and the Announcement on the Public Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions in Kunming City in 2021, the 2021 Public Institution Recruitment Staff of Kunming City is hereby notified as follows:

1. Announcement of written test results

The results of the written test have been published on the website of the Kunming Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau from January 10, 2022 to January 14, 2022.

II. Determination of candidates for qualification review

After passing the written examination, each position determines the candidates to be interviewed according to the order of the written test results from high to low, according to the "ratio of the planned recruitment number to the number of people entering the interview" in the "Job Schedule" and conducts qualification review. If the same post is determined to be tied at the end of the written examination results of the personnel entering the qualification review, they will enter the qualification review together; if there is a vacancy due to special circumstances such as voluntary abandonment or inability to contact, the vacant place shall be filled sequentially according to the written test results of the post to be applied for, from the high score to the low score.

3. Time, place and requirements for qualification review

(1) The time and place of qualification review

The qualification review will be held on February 17, 2022 from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. and from 13:30 to 17:00 p.m. at the Chenggong District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(2) Methods of qualification review

The qualification review shall be carried out in the form of on-site audit, which shall be jointly undertaken by the recruiting unit and its competent department, as well as the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Chenggong District of Kunming City. The professional catalogue shall be reviewed with reference to the Catalogue of Higher Vocational Education (Specialties) in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and the Catalogue of Disciplines for The Awarding of Postgraduate Degrees and Personnel Training issued by the competent departments of education.

The personnel participating in the qualification review shall hold the written examination admission ticket in person and carry the materials required for the qualification review to conduct the on-site qualification review at the specified time and place. Overdue will not be accepted.

If the candidate is unable to participate in the qualification review on time and needs to entrust others to conduct the qualification review, the entrusted person shall conduct the on-site qualification review at the specified time and place with the original and copy of his/her ID card, the written power of attorney signed by the client, and the materials required for the qualification review.

After passing the on-site qualification review, candidates must pay the interview examination fee on the spot on the same day (50 yuan per person, please bring your own cash 50 yuan, it is inconvenient to find a supplement on the spot), the candidate completes the qualification review process after completing the payment, and the non-payment is regarded as voluntary abandonment of the interview qualification. The number of vacancies will be filled according to the results of the written examination for the post from the highest to the lowest.

(3) Materials required for qualification review

1. Materials required for the qualification review of the targeted recruitment of village (community) cadres in Chenggong District:

(1) Written test admission ticket and 1 recent half-inch photo of myself without a crown;

(2) 2 originals and 2 copies of valid ID cards;

(3) The original and 2 copies of the graduation certificate and degree certificate of the highest academic qualification;

(4) China Higher Education Academic Qualification Information Network (Xuexin Network) academic qualification certification materials.

(5) The original and 2 copies of the community cadres' continuous service experience issued by the party working committee of the street to which they belong (the original must be signed and dated by the person in charge of the party working committee of the street, and the copy must be signed by the person in charge of the office and marked with the official seal);

(6) Color printout of the candidate's "Yunnan Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Itinerary Card" information, and a color printout of the negative nucleic acid test report of the new crown pneumonia virus within 48 hours ("one code, one card, one report" needs to be submitted in paper color). (4) Matters needing attention for qualification review

1. The personnel participating in the qualification review shall hold the written examination admission ticket, valid ID card and relevant certification materials, and participate in the qualification review on time according to the qualification review arrangement. Candidates' family members and accompanying personnel are not allowed to enter the venue, so please arrange the travel mode and time reasonably to avoid congestion.

2. If the person who intends to enter the qualification review voluntarily gives up, he or she needs to submit a written application signed by himself to the recruiting unit before the qualification review (the application must include the name, ID card number, contact number, admission ticket number, the position of the applicant unit and the post code).

3. Those who do not participate in the qualification review on time without reason shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up; those who fail the qualification review shall not participate in the follow-up recruitment procedures such as interviews; if there is a vacancy in special circumstances such as the unqualified qualification review or when the individual voluntarily gives up or cannot contact the person, the vacancy quota shall be filled sequentially according to the written test results of the post to be applied for, from the high score to the low score. If the candidates who are in order of succession cannot be contacted or fail to conduct the qualification review within the prescribed time, they shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up, and the vacant places shall be filled sequentially according to the written test results of the post to be applied for, from the high score to the low score. Candidates taking the written test are requested to keep their communication open so as not to lose the opportunity to make up for it in order due to the inability to contact each other.

4. 4. Matters related to the interview

(1) Determination of interview candidates

Candidates who have passed the qualification review will be interviewed. (3) Interview fee

According to the Provincial Price Bureau and the Department of Finance's "Notice on Re-examining the Charging Standards and Related Matters of the Qualification Examination for Candidates for Public Institutions" (Yun Price Fee [2011] No. 15), the interviewers enter the interview pay an interview examination fee of 50 yuan per person, which is collected during the on-site qualification review.

V. Requirements for epidemic prevention and control

When participating in the qualification review, candidates must cooperate with the review unit to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control:

1. Candidates participating in the qualification review must prepare their own disposable medical masks, and the qualification review must wear masks throughout the qualification review, and do a good job of hand hygiene, cooperate with body temperature detection and registration, and pay attention to maintaining safe social distancing.

2. Candidates participating in the qualification review shall take the initiative to present their "Yunnan Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Itinerary Card" information before entering the qualification review point according to the announcement time, issue a negative report certificate for the nucleic acid test of the new crown pneumonia virus within 48 hours, and take the initiative to accept body temperature measurement as required.

3. The "Yunnan Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Itinerary Card" are both green codes, and the "Communication Big Data Itinerary Card" shows that there is no history of travel outside the country (territory) within 21 days, no history of residence in high, medium-risk areas and key areas in China within 14 days, the nucleic acid test report of the new crown pneumonia virus within 48 hours before participating in the qualification review is "negative", the on-site measurement body temperature is normal (≤ 37.3 °C), and the qualification review point can be entered to participate in the qualification review.

4. The "Yunnan Health Code" is a yellow code, and the "Communication Big Data Itinerary Card" shows that test takers who have been to cities in high- and medium-risk areas of China must provide a valid negative nucleic acid test certificate for the new crown pneumonia virus twice in the 3 days before the qualification review (each interval is not less than 24 hours), and the on-site measurement of normal body temperature (≤ 37.3 °C) can enter the qualification review point to participate in the qualification review, and candidates who have not provided a certificate are not allowed to enter the qualification review point.

5. "Test takers who have a history of living abroad in the past month and the "Yunnan Health Code" is a green code must provide a 14-day valid centralized medical isolation observation certificate and a 7-day effective home isolation observation certificate, a valid covid-19 virus nucleic acid test negative certificate twice in 3 days before the qualification review (each interval is not less than 24 hours), and the on-site measurement body temperature is normal (≤ 37.3 °C) can enter the qualification review point to participate in the qualification review, and candidates who do not provide a certificate are not allowed to enter the qualification review point.

6. Candidates with a red code for the "Yunnan Health Code" are not allowed to enter the qualification review point.

7. Candidates who have not issued a negative nucleic acid test certificate for the new crown pneumonia virus are not allowed to enter the qualification review point.

8. Due to the dynamic changes in the epidemic situation, the requirements for epidemic prevention and control work will also be adjusted accordingly. Candidates should pay close attention to the latest requirements for epidemic prevention and control in the territory of the qualification review, and continue to pay attention to their "Yunnan Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Itinerary Card".

9. Those who conceal or lie about key information on epidemic prevention and control such as travel history, contact history, health status, etc., and do not cooperate with staff to carry out epidemic prevention testing, inquiries, etc., resulting in adverse consequences, will be disqualified, terminate participation in follow-up recruitment procedures, and if there is any illegal situation, legal responsibility will be pursued in accordance with laws and regulations.
