According to the official measurement of the China Earthquake Observatory Network: At 15:36 on February 10, a 4.1-magnitude earthquake occurred in Dali City, Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province (25.56 degrees north latitude, 100.04 degrees east longitude), with a depth of 12 kilometers.

After the earthquake occurred, China Railway Kunming Bureau Group immediately launched an earthquake emergency response, urgently stopped the passing trains, and arranged for relevant units to conduct ground and additional rail cars to inspect. Affected by the earthquake, passenger trains passing through the Kunming (Ming) Chu (Xiong) Da (Li) Railway, The Dali (Li) Lin (Cang) Railway, and the Dali (Li) Li (Jiang) Railway will be delayed to varying degrees.
