On February 8, He Jing, deputy secretary of the county party committee and acting county governor, presided over the promotion meeting of key construction projects in 2022 and the first quarter of the construction project. At the meeting, the person in charge of the County Development and Reform Science and Technology Bureau reported on the progress and existing problems of key construction projects in 2022 and projects started in the first quarter. Participants discussed issues such as funding sources and gaps, project land, etc. The meeting also analyzed and studied the problems existing in the unfinished projects in 2021.
The meeting pointed out that the guarantee departments of all elements should attach great importance to and coordinate and cooperate, establish and improve the joint review and approval mechanism, and optimize the approval process; they should formulate compensation standards, integrate projects and funds, streamline the volume, and improve quality; they should further optimize the business environment, improve investment promotion and credit construction, and ensure the coordination and unification of all aspects of the project from multiple angles such as industry, ecological protection, and human settlement environment; relevant units should find out the project positioning, conduct multi-party research, base themselves on reality, and complete the project construction in a steady and steady manner, with quality and quantity.
It is understood that our county plans to arrange 80 key construction projects in 2022, with a total investment of 5.93 billion yuan, of which 66 new projects with a total investment of 4.366 billion yuan. In the first quarter, 34 projects are planned to start construction.
