4A is Axel jumping around. Axel jumping is one of six jumping moves in figure skating, also known as the front outer point ice jump, which was first completed by Norway's Axel Paulsen in 1882. Interestingly, he was wearing skates for speed skating, not figure skates.
In the ISU scoring system, Axel jumps are abbreviated as "A", and the corresponding jumps are abbreviated as 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, depending on the number of rotations. The more laps you spin in the air, the harder it becomes.
Since Axel Jump is the only jump in figure skating that jumps forward and falls backwards on the ice, it always jumps half a week longer than other jumps. That is, to complete the other 4 weeks of jumping, you only need to rotate 1440 degrees in the air, while to complete the 4A, you need to rotate 1620 degrees in the air.
In figure skating, Axel's four-week jump base score is 12.5 points, which is only 1 point more than the hooker's jump around the four-way jump, which seems to tell the players that there is no need to try this action, because the result of the adventure challenge 4A may not be worth the loss.
How hard is 4A
From 1440 degrees of rotation to 1620 degrees of rotation, it seems that there are only 180 degrees more, but it is a challenge to the limits of the human body.
