Recently, the china petroleum exploration and development research institute and Tarim oilfield based on big data joint research and construction of the deep well tower pumping machine real-time measurement intelligent diagnosis technology, has made important progress, the use of electrical parameters to convert the work map compliance rate of up to 90%, strongly support the operation and maintenance decision-making of the pumping machine, to fill the domestic 5000 meters with a deep tower pumping machine in the data real-time measurement of intelligent diagnosis of the gap.
The Research Institute of Exploration and Development and Tarim Oilfield aimed at the technical problems restricting oil and gas production, carried out research on real-time measurement and diagnosis technology of machine production conditions based on electrical parameters, and used more than 200,000 pieces of electric reference data to establish and form a data model of electric reference work map, so as to realize the leap of pumping machine operation data from "artificial stethoscope" to "all-weather monitor". At the same time, relying on big data analysis technology to carry out artificial intelligence AI deep learning, diagnosis and judgment of whether the pumping machine working system is scientific, whether the production operation and maintenance is reasonable, etc., so that the data model becomes more "smart", providing a more scientific operation and maintenance strategy for the optimization of the pumping machine production.
After the promotion and application of this technology in Tarim Oilfield, it is expected to save about 15 million yuan per year in the underground working condition collection cost of the pumping machine, and promote the low-cost and intelligent management of the machine recovery system to a higher level.
